A formal proposal or agreement sets the price, the terms of service, the deliverables, and the deadlines before work can begin.

Payments

Payment Terms.

• You need to pay all of your bills on time, as stated in your payment schedule.

• Services may be delayed or stopped if you don't pay on time.

• Deposits are not refundable, even if you need them.

• You need to pay for hosting, support plans, or subscription-based services in advance.

All the bills against any services availed shall be paid on due time, incompetence to make timely payment can result in undesired outcomes including the withdrawal of our service(s)

Any deposit made is non refundable.

Advances payment is expected for hosting, support plans, and subscription based services.

Failure to accept our payment terms can result in:

Temporary blockage of access

Late delivery of services

Higher than contractual cost

What the client needs to do.

By coming into the contract with us, you hold yourself responsible to deliver us with complete, and accurate knowledge, state your expectations, and disclose any necessary information that is needed for the completion of the project.

Zikpro Ltd owns all the graphics, text, and code on this website. Clients can enjoy custom developmental work however they can not exercise any personal rights on proprietary tools, libraries, or frameworks used internally. Sharing, copying, or printing of any content from the website is strictly prohibited.

Data & Hosting

Data and hosting responsibilities for ERPNext.

If we run your ERPNext system:

• You still have control over the data.

• According to UK GDPR laws, we are the data processor.

• We won't look at your data unless we have to in order to help you.

• You are responsible for making sure your data is correct and backed up, unless your package comes with a backup plan.

We are not responsible for losing data because of:

• The client made a mistake

• Not using the system correctly

• Connections with other companies

• Our hosting provider can't fix hardware problems that we have

Support

Help and maintenance.

Support includes:

•Fixing problems

• Help with problems with technology

• Changes that make the system better

• Clarification of features

Support does not cover:

• Things that are new

• Development that fits your needs

• A lot of changes to the design

• Making data clean

• How to fix problems with systems that aren't yours

Extra work will cost extra unless it is covered by a support contract.

Liability

Limiting Responsibility.

If we run your ERPNext system:

• You still have control over the data.

• According to UK GDPR laws, we are the data processor.

• We would not intervene into your data unless a task demands such.

• We are not responsible for your data back up unless our service includes so.

Timeline

Timelines for Projects.

Project timelines are just guesses. The timeline may be pushed back by changes in requirements, slow feedback, delays from clients that weren't planned for, or new requests

The proposed timeline for the project completion is an estimate, and is subjective to the following:

⦁ Delayed responses and/or feedback by the client

⦁ Additional requests by the client

⦁ Unforeseen events.

Confidentiality

Hiddenness.

⦁ We never share our clients' personal information, business information, or data with anyone else.

⦁ We won't give your information to anyone else unless:

⦁ • When the law says so

⦁ • When necessary for service delivery, such as payment processors, hosting providers, and so on

Termination

End of Services.

If we stop providing service, it could be because:

• You don't follow these rules

• Payments are always late.

• You do things that are bad for you or against the law.

You can also cancel services, but you won't get your money back for work that has already been done or for plans that are still in effect.

The termination of our service could be because of the following reasons:

⦁ A fraudulent activity was spotted at your end

⦁ You failed to pay timely.
