3. Deposits & Advance Payments
Any deposit or upfront payment made for a project is strictly non-refundable.

4. Subscription / Hosting Fees
Hosting, maintenance, or support subscriptions are prepaid services.
Therefore:
-
Fees are non-refundable once the billing period starts
-
Mid-cycle cancellations do not result in partial refunds

Non-usage of the service does not qualify for a refund
Clients must cancel before the next billing date to avoid renewal.
5. Change of Mind
Refunds are not granted in cases where a client:
-
Changes their mind after purchasing
-
No longer needs the service
-
Finds an alternative provider
-
Delays their own project
-

No refund will be issued for any payment already made
-
Work completed until the cancellation date will be delivered (if applicable)
-
No future work will be performed after cancellation
7. Project Cancellation by Zikpro Ltd
We reserve the right to cancel a project if:
-
The client violates our Terms & Conditions
-
Payments are repeatedly delayed or fail
-
The client becomes unresponsive for an extended period
-
The client engages in inappropriate or illegal behaviour
In this case, no refund will be issued for completed or ongoing work.

We provide revisions only as outlined in the project agreement or proposal.
Revisions do not include:

If a project requires third-party tools, hosting, or licenses:
-
These fees are non-refundable
-
The client is responsible for all third-party costs
-
We are not responsible for third-party downtime or policy changes
10. Fraudulent Payments
If a payment is reported as fraudulent or results in a chargeback:
-
All services will be suspended immediately
-
Legal action may be taken
-
Chargeback fees and recovery costs will be billed to the client
11. Exceptions (Rare Cases)
A refund may only be considered if:
-
The payment was charged twice (duplicate transaction)
-
The payment was processed in error

The service was not started at all and no work was performed
In such cases, the refund will be issued only for the incorrect charge.
