These ERP Hosting Terms govern the use of ERPNext hosting services provided by Zikpro Ltd, a UK-registered company.
By purchasing or using our hosting services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
1. Service Overview
Zikpro Ltd provides ERPNext hosting services, which may include:

Server provisioning

ERPNext installation and setup

Backups (if included in your plan)

Security monitoring

Performance optimization
-
Support for hosting-related issues
Hosting services are delivered via trusted data centers located in the United Kingdom and/or European Union, depending on the plan.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Disseminate true account information

Limit the hosting service to legally accepted business activities.

Upkeep strong passwords and user access controls.

Ensure adherence to approved security practices.

Practice prompt notification of any suspected irregularities.
Any activity that occurs under your ERPNext instance, is your primary responsibility.
3. Data Ownership
You have full and complete ownership of your data, Zikpro Ltd does not claim any rights over it. The data concerned here includes:

Inventory, sales, or business records

Custom modules/content
Zikpro Ltd is only responsible to process your data.
4. Data Access by Zikpro Ltd
We have the right to access your ERPNext system in the following circumstances:

When you approve access

When a need of Emergency troubleshooting arises

When the system stability and/or security is at stake.
Upkeeping your data’s integrity is our utmost priority_ we avoid using your data for any informative purpose(s).

Custom code installed by clients

Unsupported plugins or modifications
6. Backups
Backups are provided based on the hosting plan you have chosen. We provide the following types of backups:

Daily backups (if included in your package)

Weekly backups
-
On-demand backups (extra charges may apply)
The data backed up gets stored securely and is retained for the subscribed retention period in view of your hosting plan.
Zikpro Ltd does not claim any responsibility for data loss in case of the following:

Client discontinues backups

Client deletes data and requests recovery post retention period
-
Client entertains the risk of corrupt data because of third part app usage.
7. Uptime Commitment
Our team’s performance, driven by excellence, aims for 99% uptime, exclusive of:

Scheduled maintenance

Emergency fixes

Network disruptions beyond our control

Data center outages

Client-side issues
In case major downtime, we will communicate updates through email or support channels.
8. Maintenance & Updates
We may perform scheduled maintenance for:

OS-level updates

ERPNext updates (optional & controlled)

Server optimization
You will be notified in advance unless emergency action is required.
9. ERPNext Version Upgrades
ERPNext occasionally introduces upgrades_ these do not get automatically applied to your system unless:

Promised in your hosting plan,

You ask for the updates to be applied,
-
They are needed to ascertain security.
We my charge for updates in view of the complexity.
10. Prohibited Activities
We are committed to deliver the best hosting services, and upkeep our client’s data integrity, for such reason we highly prohibit the following:

Hosting content in violation of the law

Spamming, phishing, or fraud

Exploiting server vulnerabilities
-
Running heavy scripts irrelevant to ERPNext

Sharing login credentials publicly

Attempting to gain unauthorized access
Violation may result in unfavorable outcomes those being immediate suspension without refund.
11. Liability & Limitations
Zikpro Ltd does not extend its responsibility to any of the below listed circumstances:

Loss of revenue or profits

Indirect or consequential damages

Data loss caused by client or third-party tools

Misuse or misconfiguration by client

Downtime caused by external providers

Security breaches outside our control
We are only liable to the services guaranteed under hosting fee in the period of latest 12 months.
12. Billing & Cancellation
Please be enlightened with our criteria pertaining to billing invoices:

Hosting fees are prepaid,

Fees are non-refundable,
-
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled,

Cancellation must be made before the next billing cycle,
-
Service will cease at the end of the paid period.
We do not practice partial refunds for the unused days.
13. Suspension & Termination
We would not stay committed to hosting in the following circumstances:

Failure to pay,

Execution of prohibited activities through the system,

Breach of security,
-
Violation of contractual terms.
We hold complete authority and can duly practice it in the cases of repeated violations.
14. Data Retrieval on Cancellation
In case the service gets cancelled, you may request:

Full database export

Files export
-
Custom app/code export
Requests must be made before service expires.
After expiration, data may be permanently deleted.
15. Changes to Hosting Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of our hosting services implies the acceptance of the updated terms.
