3. Our Services Related to ERPNext

Zikpro provides a complete set of ERP solutions for businesses in the UK, Pakistan and worldwide. This is what we do:

• ERPNext Implementation — complete installation and deployment of ERPNext modules including Accounting, Human Resources & Payroll, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, CRM, and Project Management
• ERPNext Customisation — custom doctypes, workflows, print formats, scripts and role-based dashboards to mirror how your business actually works
• Managed ERPNext Cloud Hosting — automated backups, uptime monitoring and dedicated assistance
• AI Agents — intelligent automation embedded within your ERPNext workflows for smarter, faster decision-making
• DevOps & IT Infrastructure — server management, CI/CD pipelines, deployment support
• Web Development — business websites, landing pages and client portals built on WordPress, Elementor and modern web frameworks

Each project is scoped out in a separate proposal or service agreement issued prior to the commencement of work, describing the specific scope, timeline, pricing and deliverables.

4. Terms of Use of This Website

What Is Yours

Your business data, processes and content are always yours. We do not take ownership of any information you provide to us during a project.

Custom code, modules and configurations built specifically for your ERPNext system become your property once full payment has been received, unless specified otherwise in your service agreement.

6. System Access & Client Accounts

During an ERPNext implementation, customisation or hosting engagement, you may be provided with login credentials or admin access to your ERP environment. You are responsible for:

• Keeping credentials secure and not sharing them with unauthorised personnel
• All actions performed under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you believe there has been a security breach

Zikpro will only access your system as needed to provide the services you have requested. Your credentials will never be shared with any third party.

7. Billing & Fees

Payment terms are agreed in your project proposal or service contract. Our general billing practices are as follows:

• Invoices are payable within 7 to 14 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise agreed
• Delayed payments may result in work being paused until the balance is settled
• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
• Recurring services — such as ERPNext hosting or support retainers — are billed monthly or annually depending on your plan
• Refund requests are considered individually in accordance with the relevant service agreement

8. Limitation on Liability

We take our work seriously and always aim to deliver quality results. That said, there are limits to what we can be held responsible for:

• Zikpro is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website
• In any dispute, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the particular service in question
• We do our best to ensure high availability of hosted systems, but we cannot guarantee zero downtime
• We are not responsible for issues caused by updates to the Frappe/ERPNext platform that are outside our control

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation — as required under the laws of England and Wales.

9. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

As a certified Frappe and ERPNext implementation partner, our work naturally involves the ERPNext platform and Frappe framework, both governed by their own open-source licence and terms of use.

We also help businesses integrate ERPNext with third-party tools such as payment gateways, CRMs, WMS platforms, accounting software and communication tools. Each of these carries its own terms and privacy policy. Zikpro is not responsible for the reliability or practices of any third-party service.

Links on our website to external platforms — including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn — take you outside zikpro.com. Once you leave our site, our responsibility ends.

10. Privacy

During the course of a project, Zikpro and our clients handle sensitive business information. Both parties agree to keep confidential information private — this includes business processes, financial data, internal workflows, login credentials and project details.

Zikpro will not disclose your business information to any third party without your consent, except where necessary to deliver the agreed services (for example, sharing access with a hosting provider) or where required by law.

If your project requires a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), we are happy to sign one before any discovery or scoping work begins.

11. Termination of Services

Either party may end an engagement by giving the notice period stated in the applicable service agreement. Where no term is specified:

• 30 days' written notice is required to terminate ongoing services such as ERPNext hosting or support retainers
• Any work already completed and delivered is billable regardless of termination
• On termination of hosting services, we will provide a full data backup at no additional cost within a reasonable timeframe

Zikpro may suspend or terminate services without notice in cases of non-payment, abuse or a serious breach of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Local laws may also apply for clients based outside the UK. We always prefer to resolve any dispute through direct conversation before it reaches a formal legal process.

13. Changes to These Terms

These terms will be updated from time to time — when we launch new services, when legal requirements change, or when our working practices evolve. The revised version is published on this page as soon as changes go live, with an updated date at the top.

Continued use of our website or services after a change is posted counts as acceptance of the updated terms. Where a change materially affects an existing client engagement, we will reach out to you directly.
