Employee Skill Map

The Employee Skill Map is an official document that helps businesses maintain track of their employees training, skills, and talents. To make an Employee Skill Map, go to: You may find the Employee Skill Map by going to Home > Human Resources > Employee Lifecycle.

Using the Employee Skill Map

HR can keep track of how a worker’s skills have improved over time by giving the same worker the same test over and over again. This ongoing record can show who the best workers are, what training they need, and how to make sure that staff development plans are in line with the goals of the company.
