Quality Meeting
New in Version 12
A Quality Meeting is still a gathering held for formal discussion of issues about quality. It aims to review Quality Reviews that have been created and have open, documented follow-up. Discussion, decisions, and follow-up regarding issues of quality are taken during the minutes (summary).
To access Quality Meeting, go to:

This navigation remains consistent in the current version, ensuring easy discoverability.
1. Making a Quality Meeting
- Click to add a meeting on the set of Quality Meetings. You will land on quality meeting form where the details of the session will be recorded.
- Enter an Agenda. Define the intended meeting format—order of items for discussion, e.g., review subjects, presentations, or points of decision. This maintains clarity and direction.
- In the Minutes table, complete the following fields:
- Document Type: Choose which of these three options thus Quality Review, Quality Action, Quality Feedback should depend on what is being addressed.
- Review: Choose the individual item (review, action, or feedback) that came up during the meeting.
- Minute: Document the crux of the discussion—major points, Observations, decisions, and point to any supportive documentation (reports, attachments, evidence).
- Save. After all the minutes are inputted and accurate, save the record to prove the meeting took place.
- Set the Status to “Closed” once the agenda is complete. Such final step means that the meeting is completed and there is no need to make further changes.
