ERPNext Email Notifications Not Sending Despite SMTP Setup
ERPNext is not sending system emails such as invoice notifications and alerts.
SMTP settings are configured, but emails are not delivered. No clear error is shown on the screen.
Email issues are usually related to SMTP configuration or email queue.
Please verify:
Go to Email Account
SMTP Host, Port, Username, Password
Enable SSL/TLS if required
Check Email Queue
Look for failed emails and error messages
Verify Outgoing Email Account is set as default
Test email using Send Test Email
If using Gmail:
Use App Password
Enable Less Secure / OAuth (as applicable)
Once SMTP is verified, emails will start sending normally.
