Designation

The official job titles that employees are given are called designations. Stakeholders in business management, including directors, officers, managers, and shareholders, direct the company towards accomplishing its goals. Frappe HR makes it possible to specify the necessary skills and create different designations.

Navigate to the designation list

 

Select New → Enter the name of the designation → Enter the required skills and description (optional) → Save

Note: To assess an employee’s performance, the Employee Skill Map can retrieve the skills specified in the “Required Skills” section of the Designation
